HPE OfficeConnect 1950 Boot Issue
hp 1950 boot rom bug ，斷電後再開機會出現下面的錯誤
錯誤畫面如下：

問題解決： 下載：要更新 boot rom ,準備好 1950-CMWR710-r3116.ipe 這個檔案 及 tftpd32程式(請安裝在pc上，做好設定)
用console線連接switch的console端及你的pc端
用網路線連接switch的port1及你的pc(pc端設定ip為 192.168.1.40，local ip 設為 192.168.1.41)
先按 ctrl+b
之後如下圖：
EXTENDED BOOT MENU
1. Download image to flash
2. Select image to boot
3. Display all files in flash
4. Delete file from flash
5. Restore to factory default configuration
6. Enter BootRom upgrade menu
7. Skip current system configuration
8. Set switch startup mode
0. Reboot
Ctrl+Z: Access EXTENDED ASSISTANT MENU
Ctrl+F: Format file system
Ctrl+P: Change authentication for console login
Ctrl+R: Download image to SDRAM and run
Ctrl+C: Display Copyright
